James K. Smith has been a partner at Ventura, Ribeiro & Smith since 1997, where he concentrates his practice on Personal Injury Law Litigation.
He graduated from Assumption College in Worcester, MA with a B.A. in Politics and History, and received his Law Degree from the University of Connecticut Law School. He was admitted to the Connecticut State Bar in 1988.
Attorney Smith is admitted to practice in the Superior Courts of the State of Connecticut; U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.
He is a member of Connecticut Trial Lawyer’s Association; American Trial Lawyer’s Association; and the Danbury Bar Association.
