Christopher C. Setaro has been with Ventura, Ribeiro & Smith since 1993. He concentrates his practice in Worker's Compensation Law and he is a prominent claimant-advocate. His emphasis and focus on honest and diligent representation is a compliment to his passion in the arena of workers' rights. His background in labor relations and governance enables him to effectively advocate for his clients.

Attorney Setaro is dedicated to community service and is a Member of the Amerigo Vespucci Lodge, the Portuguese Cultural Center, Danbury, CT, Danbury Elk's Lodge and St. Peter's Church, Danbury, CT. He is a former member of: Board of Directors, American Cancer Society; the Hispanic Center of Greater Danbury; and the Danbury Jaycees. His service was recognized with the Distinguished Service Award from the Danbury Jaycees; and the Recipient, Community Service Award from the Vespucci Lodge. In December 2010, Attorney Setaro was named to the Board of Corporators of the Savings Bank of Danbury.
